LISTEN - Actively listen, that is, listen to hear, not to respond. When we actively listen, we can learn. Listen to each other. Listen to voices of color. Listen to thoughts and opinions that may different from your own.

EDUCATE - First and foremost, educate yourself. You will not ever ‘arrive’ or have all the answers, so it important to know that you will continue your own education throughout your lifetime. When you are open to educating yourself, you will be effective at educating others.

ACKNOWLEDGE- Acknowledge your own stuff. This includes recognizing, acknowledging, and owning your own privileges and racism.

RESPOND - Recognize and respond to all forms of racism. Respond to racist statements and racist actions. Respond to racist rules, policies, and laws.

NETWORK - Antiracism work is hard. It is important that you network with like-minded individuals who want to continue their journey in creating an antiracist world. Find your support through networking.
